Born from a passion to share Ataco's world-class specialty coffee directly with travelers, Café Ataco Coffee Experience offers intimate small-group coffee education tours in the heart of Concepción de Ataco — the most popular village on the Ruta de las Flores. Founded by a Q-Grader certified barista and coffee farmer, the experience combines classroom-style cupping education with a visit to a working micro-beneficio (processing facility) on the edge of town, and a final barista workshop where guests grind, brew, and taste coffees from three different farms in the region. The tour is designed to be accessible to complete beginners while still engaging for coffee enthusiasts.
