About Gringo Tours – Private Transfers
Gringo Tours is Roberto's boutique private transportation and tour service based in the colonial town of Suchitoto, El Salvador. Operating since the early 2010s, Roberto (the American-born bilingual organizer who made Suchitoto his home) and his team of trusted local drivers offer personalized small-group transfers for 1–4 passengers throughout El Salvador, into Honduras (Copan Ruinas), and Guatemala (Antigua). Their flagship vehicle is a well-maintained 2008 Mitsubishi Nativa 4x4 with 5 seats and large cargo area — perfect for off-road destinations, birding trips, and routes requiring true 4-wheel drive. A newer KIA Forte handles lighter journeys. Suchitoto residents can also rent the KIA Forte independently for $25–$40/day with no deposit required. Roberto personally supervises all drive
